Let’s explore a teaching concept.

Join us in this episode where we talk about scapulohumeral rhythm – what it is, why it matters, and how to help your client make the most of their scapulohumeral rhythm.

Finding Your Rhythm
Rhythm is a big thing in music, dance, poetry, your heartbeat, and apparently, your shoulder movement. Here’s what’s been helping us find our rhythm lately.
Talese: Ever since Issue #20 on The Nervous System, I've been focusing more on finding that balance between my SNS and PNS by asking my body what it needs, and then delivering. I'm getting my rhythm back with meditation, journaling, focused breathing, and setting intentions for my classes. Might be something different each day, but the consistency is listening to my body.
Kai-Ting: I’ve been putting on Spotify’s NYE 2023 playlist and dancing around the kitchen. The sillier the dance moves, the better.
